We wish to thank all the Good Citizens who have so generously responded to our special announcement, below, and we will be in touch with you, individually, as soon as possible to express our appreciation.  We just returned from our extensive trip to see family, after our Phoenix seminar, so we are a bit behind in our correspondence.

We are still a long way off from realizing our Center for Constitutional Awareness, but we are moving towards our goal.  God willing, the Center will become a reality, soon.  America needs informed Citizens who know, claim and exercise their Constitutionally guaranteed Rights and who hold government accountable to We, the People.  This should be second nature to ALL Citizens, but the pathetic lack of Constitutional education presented in the public fool systems of this country has left most Americans woefully ignorant of the true power of the Supreme Law of this Land and in fear of their governments.  Hopefully, when the Center becomes a reality, this ignorance will be overcome and replaced with knowledge and this fear will be supplanted by empowerment.

 SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

             This Special Announcement focuses upon an urgent need which we have at this time.  As many of you know, we have been presenting seminars for the past 18 months, all over this country, as well as presenting lectures, holding meetings and dealing with people everywhere.  We have made numerous radio broadcasts over that time period, and simply do not have the time to accept all the programs offered to us.  What we also have been trying to do for the past two and a half years, is to find a location for a combination of a permanent home and a permanent Constitutional Center, from which we can continue and greatly expand our current operations and bring about a much broader Constitutional awareness and influence upon America.  We have finally found that perfect location and urgently need the help of all loyal, Constitutional supporters – only if it is within their means.

The location we have found is in a small, but active town in west, central Maine, very close to many colleges and universities, with a beautiful old, colonial home, built in 1835, consisting of over 3300 square feet, in immaculate condition, with a large FINISHED BARN fully, equipped with heat, water and utilities.  If we can raise the funding, this will be our permanent home and the finished barn will facilitate our permanent Center for Constitutional Awareness, from which we can really expand our Constitutional programs.

We can conduct seminars directly from the finished barn.  At present, we must travel elsewhere to do seminars, but now we would have our own location, from which we could regularly do so.  Hundreds of people who have attended our seminars have asked us to do intensive training seminars to train others to do what we do, to quickly spread the Constitutional methods, everywhere, and create Constitutional Centers in other locations, throughout the country, where local people, trained in our methods are available to help their neighbors.  We also can do pod casts, directly from a studio that we can set up in the barn, and we would do these on a regular basis, at least once a month.  These pod casts can reach many thousands of people!  We have been asked by numerous radio stations, mostly internet, if we will do our own programs over their networks.  We have declined those offers because, frankly, we do not have the time and we are not set up at present to do that in our current location, but we would be able to do so from our own broadcast studio in the barn.  We can also set up a DVD production studio to distribute DVDs of the seminars we have done over the past 18 months and others done in the future.

Because of the antique and unique nature of this property, replacement costs, if even possible, would be a minimum of $200 per square foot, for a cost of $665,000.  We are not sure how large the barn is, in terms of square footage, but it has at least two stories and appears to have a minimum of 2000 square foot, or much more.  At a replacement cost of $100 per square foot, which is very low, that value amounts to $200,000 or more.  The total lot, itself, is about two thirds of an acre and fronts on two streets, Pleasant on the north, and Elm on the south.  In addition, there is a small section of the lot which fronts 90 feet directly on the Kennebec River.  We have been told that these types of lots are rare and priceless.  Although we have not researched the actual value of such a lot in this town, this lot is located in one of the loveliest, if not the most lovely, sections of this community, and with the frontages involved, as stated, we would estimate the value of the lot to be at $50,000, minimum, and possibly much more.  So, considering all of this, the total replacement value of this property is, approximately, $915,000.

We first saw this house in June of this year, and at that time, it was priced at $200,000, which is well beyond our means, so we kissed our dream goodbye and moved on.  However, this property came back to us, and now the price has been reduced to $175,000, which, in our opinion, based upon our extensive property market research for the past two and a half years, is what we consider a "steal".  There is no doubt in our minds that the value is there for what is needed for a permanent home and a permanent Constitutional Center.

We have been helping a lot of people and now we need help, ourselves, to purchase this property.  In the seminars we have presented, we have reached maybe 3000 people, or more, who have brought our Constitutional methods to many more.  The radio broadcasts, from what has been told to us, have reached many millions of people, and our website has been exposed to over 50,000 people.  Of course, when people understand the type of Constitutional methods we use, they are eager to share them with others, so we have really no idea how many people we have actually reached by these combined approaches.  Some of our supporters, who have been keeping track of this, tell us that we have reached millions of people.  Although we cannot verify this, we are glad that the figures could be that high, since our intention and mission is to reach as many people as we can to restore Constitutional governance to this Nation.

We ask for help from our support base, and those within their bases, who have avid and sincere interest in expanding the network of American Citizens who are Constitutionally aware.  Of the $175,000 price, we, ourselves, can raise $25,000.  This leaves $150,000 needed to acquire the property.  If our support base is indeed somewhere in the low millions, let us speculate on a few potential scenarios.  If 1500 Constitutional supporters were to donate $100, each, we would have the $150,000.  If 15,000 supporters were to donate $10, each, we could raise $150,000.  And if 150 supporters, with the means to do so, were to donate $1,000, each, we could reach the needed $150,000.  If, as some say, we have 2 million or more supporters, which we, as stated, cannot verify, and if 10% of them were to donate just $1.00, each, that would amount to $200,000.  Any of these scenarios, or any combination thereof, would secure this property for us, and a permanent Constitutional Center for the People.  Time is crucial, because this house is so special, and at this new, lower price, we cannot be sure how long it will remain on the market.  This is why we make this urgent request, now, so that we can secure this property, quickly.

We remain Citizens of the American Constitution, but our Constitutional Center will be known as The Center for Constitutional Awareness.  Those of you who contribute, will be recognized for that contribution and entered on the rolls of our Constitutional Center, as follows:

For Contributions of $1000 or more, you will be a Founder;
For $500, or more, you will be a Charter Member;
For $100, or more, you will be a Sponsor;
For any other donation, you will be recognized as a Contributor to the Center.

For those of you who are willing and able to contribute, please put your donation, in any amount, in an envelope, and mail it to us at the above address.  If it is by check or money order, please put it in the name of Jack and Margy Flynn and notate it as a Donation to the Center for Constitutional Awareness.  We sincerely appreciate any and all donations, in any amount.
