evening. The show is rebroadcast on Saturday
mornings on KTAE Radio 1330 AM,
Katy, TX. The Tom Cryer Show will spread the
Truth Attack message and threatens to infect
thousands and thousands with the Truth!

GOES ON THE TRUTH ATTACK!!
TA is proud to welcome a new sponsor group
to the Truth Attack campaign. AFTF (now RTR), is
the very active and energetic group of patriots
assembled by Aaron Russo to distribute the message
of his documentary movie,
America Freedom To Fascism. AFTF, which has
recently changed its name to Restore the Republic
(now that has a sweet ring to it, doesn’t it?), has
joined with Save A Patriot Fellowship, Free
Enterprise Society, Freedom Law School, Freedom
Above Fortune and others in supporting Truth
Attack’s campaign to draw the beast out of its cave
and into the light of the Truth.
TA’s Tom Cryer and Gary Thomason
met with RTR’s Gary Franchi and internet guru
George Shepherd at the recent FLS Conference
in
Dallas, TX, and an immediate alliance was
forged. TA’s mission and that of RTR are perfectly
matched and RTR’s 16,000 active volunteers and
50,000+ supporters represent a huge boost in the
political oomph behind TA. Tom, along with TA
sponsor Joe Banister, was one of the speakers at the
recent RTR Hope for America
Ron Paul Rally in
Phoenix, AZ. In between activities the four
met again and with the help of RTR’s media expert,
Sam Ettero, ideas were exchanged and plans
made to coordinate efforts to advance both groups’
missions. WELCOME, RTR!!
STATE COORDINATORS SOUGHT
Volunteers Needed
To
Facilitate and Support Local TA Groups
Truth Troopers across the country recently
received lists of emails (only) of other Truth
Troopers in their area so that they can begin to
organize into groups. These local groups are
absolutely essential in maximizing the impact of the
TA message. TA needs someone in each state to act
as a liaison between the groups and TA HQ. State
Coordinators will need to have the time and energy
to help get local groups organized and going and to
report ideas, accomplishments and needs to TA. If
you can do that (and we’re betting you can), please
present front and center by emailing us at
HQ@truthattack.org.
TA has some great projects (really
great) coming very soon and having yourselves
organized and able to distribute and share the fun
will make these projects ten times as effective and
a lot more enjoyable.
IN THE PIPELINE
IT’S ALL HAPPENING SO FAST!!
There is so much going on that one
newsletter can’t hold it all! The biggest news is
the Tom Cryer Show breaking into the airways and,
even bigger, RTR’s joining in the Truth Attack
against the IRS’s myths. But there is a lot more
going on, too. A very special project is planned
for the first part of the year and a huge and
outrageously fun project is in the works for April
15 (you are going to love this one . . . promise!).
Get your local group together—use a ball game or
barbecue for an excuse until we are ready to
move—but get together and get to know each other.
While Truth Troopers are out there in the middle of
We the People building an anvil of awareness a host
of TA attorneys is working to forge a legal hammer.
You should hear the first CLANG of that hammer on
your anvil by the end of the year. Defense is
necessary, but this battle will not be won with a
shield alone. Enough said (for now) but the sword
of Truth is coming out of the sheath. The next News
From the Front will have more great news.
SETBACKS INNEVITABLE
Learning From Losses—Keep A Stiff Upper Lip
The recent conviction of Sherry Jackson,
followed by the disappointing result in the Mathies
case in
Montana, threaten to cast a pall on all that
you are accomplishing. Those losses, however, can
and will serve to refine and improve our defense
strategies and tactics and that is exactly what we
are doing right now. Tax defense attorneys are now
coordinating, comparing notes, exchanging ideas and
research. New developments in the government’s
strategy in these cases are being studied and what
works is being carefully compared and contrasted to
what does not in order to make those losses mean
something for the cases that follow.
Remember,
George Washington lost almost every battle in
the Revolution, but he won the war. Any fight is
going to mean taking punches as well as dishing them
out but every punch we take contains a lesson on how
to block and frustrate the next.
We are getting very close to a cure for political
imprisonment.
Part of that cure is a public that is
aware that there are genuine, not frivolous, issues
about the income tax law, even if they don’t know
what those issues are or understand why and how the
IRS is stealing. A jury of aware and knowledgeable
men and women would never convict someone for
standing up for the truth. So, the more we lose,
the harder we have to work to make everyone know the
truth, that the IRS is the only tax fraud in town.
Rather than let these setbacks discourage us, let
them motivate us to dig in and double our efforts.
We don’t have to convince everyone of the truth or
make lawyers out of them. Just infect them. Infect
two people a day. That is a lot easier than you
think. Any two people—some guy at the barber
shop—the clerk at the grocery store—a lady waiting
at the car wash. We can do this. Two a day will
drive the beast away!
